Hello Everyone,
Maria Lyons here. This is really great. I’m really excited to be blogging. I’ve never done this before.
Here’s my FitTest Story.
I’d tried many diet programs that just didn’t work for me. I promise if you can name them I’ve tried them, including some of the ones that were bad for my health. I was on a rollercoaster of losing and then gaining it all back. I figured I would just have to live this life for ever. I really tried eating right, but still nothing ever changed. I even starved myself by reducing my food portions during the day, but still no success. (more…)
Hi, Ted Sink here. When I was hired as a copywriter for this company, I was happy for the work, but skeptical about what I was being paid to sell. Dr. Mac’s Comment: I’ll bet the junk food purveyors are rubbing their hands with glee over this one!! While the mothers and babies in the study happen to be rats, not humans, I’ll bet humans will show an identical pattern when those studies are eventually done. Hey, it’s no surprise really – when was the last time you were in the supermarket and noticed shared physical characteristics of mothers and their kids? Every time, right? And then, have you looked into their grocery carts? Yep, you can learn a lot just by being observant. (more…)
Hello everyone, and welcome to the “Hey Dr. Mac” blog! Why is is called that? Well, because many times a day I get calls and e-mails beginning with those three words and followed by a question!! Ideal Health marketers and customers alike quickly become passionate about nutrition and fascinated by all the new information in this rapidly growing and critically important field. So I get questions about our products, questions about nutrition in general, and questions about media reports – especially the ones that just don’t make sense.
Here, then, is where (as time goes on) you’ll find all kinds of information that will help you in your quest to be of service to people in the area of nutrition in general and supplementation in particular. Our extensive FAQ project, that will be “live” in another week or two, forms the backbone of “everything you need to know”, but where there’s a need for more, you’ll likely find it here in the weeks, months and years ahead . . . If you have a question, hey, just ask . . . I’ll most likely answer it here . . .
