Custom Essentials Ingredient Review – part 1 of 3 (technical)

Here’s the first part of the CE ingredient review. Just click HERE to listen. It look as though this will be a three-call grouping, or maybe more . . . This first one goes through vitamins A, C, D, E, B1, B2, B3, B5 and B6. To keep it to 30 minutes (it went long on the live call) I clipped out the B12, folic acid and biotin sections, and will add them to the front of next week’s recording. Enjoy!!
