Over the past 5 or 6 years, a number of companies have begun offering what they claim are nutritional supplements customized through genetic testing.  Some commentators have gone as far as to call it a scam. I certainly wouldn’t go that far, and in this free country, any company is at liberty to “make a play” in the marketplace.  However, the dominant analysis amongst scientists who’ve been watching this development is that the science is not ready for the marketplace.   (more…)
