Fun with Calories

I’m frequently asked how people who exercise heavily but still want to lose weight on The Silhouette Solution can adjust their caloric intake to compensate for the extra energy expended in exercise. Similar issues arise for people who are very overweight, since a larger body needs more calories just to get through the day. During the call, I give you some equations to calculate the calories, but to make it easier, I’ve prepared a simple spreadsheet that you can download here. Just plug in the numbers, and you’re good to go! You’ll need Excel or a similar program for the spreadsheet to work.
