So now what? Well, the good news is: it’s simple. Just start eating! We designed the program to be so simple it could go on the back of every box, so just take a look and you’ll see what to do. Choose a Silhouette Staple to eat every couple of hours, and once a day, have a delicious, nourishing meal of vegetables and lean protein. Just lay off the starch! Want to know more? Each Silhouette Staple is calibrated the same, so you can mix and match them as you choose. They all contain about as much protein as a 2-egg omelet, so they help you feel satisfied and stave off hunger.
Be sure to drink plenty of water. It’s essential that you take a comprehensive multivitamin/mineral, like Custom Essentials or Prime Essentials, every single day.
So how much fat will you lose? Well, everyone’s different, of course, but a test group of 20 people, male and female, aged 25-65, lost an average of 2-3 pounds of fat every week they were on the program, so we think it’s reasonable to suggest you may have similar results.
