Maria Lyons here. This is really great. I’m really excited to be blogging. I’ve never done this before.

Here’s my FitTest Story.

I’d tried many diet programs that just didn’t work for me. I promise if you can name them I’ve tried them, including some of the ones that were bad for my health. I was on a rollercoaster of losing and then gaining it all back. I figured I would just have to live this life for ever. I really tried eating right, but still nothing ever changed. I even starved myself by reducing my food portions during the day, but still no success.
